Bark Central Doggie Daycare & Boarding has been part of the Chambersburg community since 2010, built on family, service, and the belief that every dog deserves a place where they feel safe, loved, and at home. As one of the very first dog daycares in the area, Bark Central helped introduce a new standard of pet‑care to Franklin County. A place centered on trust, compassion, and a true home‑away‑from‑home experience for your dogs.

 

What began as a small, heartfelt operation created and nurtured by our original owner has steadily grown into the beloved, full‑service facility it is today. Over the years, the business expanded thoughtfully and intentionally, welcoming two additional owners who share the same values, vision, and commitment to the dogs and families we serve. Together, we continue to honor the foundation she built while guiding Bark Central into its next chapter.

 

Our roots run deep in Franklin County, and our owners' history of military service shapes the way we show up every day - with reliability, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people and pets who trust us. With more hands and heart supporting the mission, Bark Central remains true to the legacy that started it all while evolving to meet the needs of today’s pet‑care community.
